Most of our craft happens on the production floor and in the engineering rooms that feed it — not in a showroom. Careers here mean joining that rhythm: materials in, systems out, records kept. Every person on the team touches something that eventually protects someone.

Our facility in Çorum houses the full production chain: pattern engineering, ballistic assembly, seam inspection and delivery documentation — all under one roof. That means the people here see the whole picture, not just one step in a fragmented supply chain.

We are a mid-sized manufacturer, which means decisions are made close to the work. A quality engineer speaks directly with production. A logistics coordinator knows what is going into each shipment. The organisation is flat enough that your contribution is visible.
